Currently we are looking for the following roles:

1. Senior Architect

• Master or Bachelor degree in urban planning and architecture, priority to those who have comprehensive experience in all project phases;

• 5 years or above of architectural design experience, priority to those who have experience in retail projects;

• Possess self-learning capacity and leadership;

• A responsible team player;

• Possess excellent aesthetics, creativity, and adaptability;

• Proficiency in verbal and visual communication, express ideas concisely and convincingly;

• Able to collaborate with the director to complete design tasks, and manage the project team independently;

• Familiar with building codes specification, materials and methods;

• Excellent bilingual skills in both Chinese and English, and a good command of multiple foreign languages is a plus;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino/Sketch Up, Enscape/VRay and Adobe Series.

2. Assistant Architect

• Master or Bachelor degree degree in architecture;

• 2 years or above of architectural design experience, priority to those who have experience in retail projects;

• Possess excellent aesthetics, priority to those who can make manual models;

• A responsible team player;

• Familiar with building codes specification, materials and methods;

• Proficiency in verbal and visual communication, express ideas concisely and convincingly;

• Excellent bilingual skills in both Chinese and English;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino/Sketch Up, Enscape/VRay and Adobe Series.

• Interest and experience in AI software such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc.

3. Draftsman

• Bachelor degree in architecture, interior design or environmental art;

• 2 years or above of Construction Drawing experience, have participated in the entire construction project process;

• Excellent design comprehension and development skills, ability to draw independently;

• Familiar with building codes, materials and methods;

• Excellent communication and time-management skills;

• Good work ethics,  proactive time-management, priority to those have experience in concept and schematic design;

• Priority to those with good English communication skills and site experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PS and Office Series.

4. Marketing & Public Relations Manager

Qualifications

• Major in communications or literature; having an architectural or design background is a plus
• Previous working experience in press and design marketing roles is a plus
• Enthusiastic about the design industry and keep up-to-date with the field
• Possess excellent comprehension in design and capable to present projects in both words and graphics.
• Eloquent in both English and Chinese, additional language is an asset
• Excellent communication and marketing skills; a team player

Responsibilities

• Assist in company presentation and project description writing
• Update portfolio and website on a regular basis
• Establish marketing goals and action plans with director
• Manage media relations,both chinese and western platforms and update contact list
• In charge of social media content and press management
• Awards application and coordination

5. Business Development Manager

Qualifications

• Major in architecture, design, business administration or marketing
• A minimum of 2-year-working experience in relevant business development or customer service roles. Experience in architectural, design or development field is a plus.
• Possess creative, analytical and proactive thinking; a responsible team player and a diligent learner
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Meticulous in contract reviewing process and strategic in contract negotiation
• Work well under pressure and constructive criticism
• Proficient in Office softwares; graphic ability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of the company strength and portfolio
• Enthusiastic about the design industry and keep up-to-date with the market
• Establish business goals and action plans with director
• Cultivates existing and new business relationships
• Initial project communication, quotation and negotiation
• Work closely with finance and design departments to ensure smooth project flow
• Estimate and evaluate projects by producing data charts for internal discussion
